Below is a list of 3 helpful resource we need to help you qualify. Following that short list, each list will be expanded and given more details:

To apply for the mortgage you can either email us the check list items or click on the secure portal link in section three to up load all this information.
1) Checklist for Your Loan Approval
Send APPLICABLE items listed below.
Please note its best to have all the documents that apply to you below but if an item or two is hard to get at the moment just bring the majority that you have so we can more quickly help you. We eventually need the missing documnetation but there is no need to wait longer to get those items since we are only in the prequalification stage.
PDF Scanner TIP:
For online/email deliver save each item as a PDF or word document and not a picture. PDFs must be 1) CLEAR Full Complete Pages without missing edges and 2) ALL pages for each item, including Blank pages.
If you do not have away to make PDFs we recommend to download and use and like Genius Scan – PDF Scanner App on your smart phone to make PDFs copies.)
A. Documentation
- Last 2 years, tax returns
- Last 2 years, W-2’s and/or 1099’s
- 2 Most recent bank & investment/retirement statements
- 1 Months worth of recent pay stubs (minimum 2)
- PDF copy of I.D. and Social Security Card (SS card optional)
- Divorce, Bankruptcy, and Child Support papers
- COE (Certificate of Eligibility for VA loans only)
B. Employment or Self Employment Information (Past 2 years)
**Using a Word Document or something similar provide the following:
- Self-Employed: History of self-employment income activity
- Dates of employment, and Job Title
- Name and address of Employer from each employment
- Phone where employment can be verified
C. Residence and Property Information (Past 2 years)
- Address & Recent mortgage statement, OR Rent Amount
- Purchase Price and Date, and Note
- Insurance policy Information (Amount Covered, Name of Company, Phone Number)
- For each investment property include above info plus rent received.
*Bring all applicable items for each borrower early in the process to helps us select the best program for your needs.

3) Checklist Items Delivery to Us
There are three main ways to deliver the items check list to us.
A. Is through our secure online portal Apply HERE-
B. Other online method such as email, or a cloud service (Google Drive, Onedrive etc).
C. Deliver documents in a in-person meeting.
The secure portal and online deliver is the preffered method so we can check to make sure the documents are all their in a complete manner, than having the face to face meeting and realizing your missing an important document. These methods are secure and as safe as carrying the documents in person. If your more comfortable with a face to face meeting first that is fine, just contact us once you have all the documentation ready.
Portal Instructions:
To create your log-in you will need to register to the portal by clicking HERE and filling in your first and last name, email, and create a password. Its user friendly but make sure to remember the email you used and save the password you created. Then agree to the Terms of Use and authenticate your not a robot section.
Other Online options:
You either email the documents to us or use the more convienet way of using a folder in a cloud services like Google Drive or Onedrive. You can creat the folder and share it with us or we can creat it and share it with you. This cloud folder work like a computer folder but is sharable with other people using other computers or devices, and it allows us to see all your uploadeds at the same time without.
